Okay guys..
Our today's menu is Totchong bangus.
This one's very easy and tasty. Naging paborito nga ito ng sister-in law kong napakaarte, eh. Hehehe..
What do we need?
2pcs medium sized bangus (milk fish)(sliced vertically - )
garlic
2pcs onion (sliced into cubes)
3pcs tomato (sliced into cubes)
ginger
3 small pieces tahure (fermented salted soybean curd)
vinegar
water
cooking oil
salt
As you can see, walang tausi since di ko gusto ang lasa 'non but it's your option kung gusto nyong maglagay ng tausi. Same procedure pa rin naman.

Put the Wash the milk fish meat and put a few amount of salt (kaunti lang po kasi maalat na ang ating tahure). Maglagay ng mantika sa mainit na kawali then ifry ang bangus until it's fully cooked. (Yes, fry it just like the usual.)

Luto na ang iyong totchong bangus.
Note: Best served sa mainit na kanin at sawsawang patis na may siling labuyo.
