How to cook Ginisang Patola

This is just a very very simple recipe.  Pero mura at healthy since gulay ito.
For those who like to try this meal, here's how:


What we need?


2 medium sized patola cut vertically (so circular ang shape ng gulay natin)
2 guhit ng giniling (pwede ring 1/4 kung gusto mo ng maraming karne)

3 cloves of minced garlic
1 onion cut into cubes
1 tbsp hibe
pamintang durog
water
misua
mantika
salt to taste


Okay, let's start with the very basic na paggigisa.  Maglagay ng kaunting mantika sa isang malalim na kawali (kung wala, use kaldero).  Then igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, then giniling. Wait until brown na yung giniling at ilagay ang hibe. Haluin sandali at lagyan ng paminta at kaunting asin, isunod ang patola. Haluin ng kaunti saka lagyan ng 2 cups ng tubig. Wait until lumambot ang patola saka ilagay ang misua. Wait until it's cooked.
